Sellerops has developed a proprietary online solution and marketplace platform to connect companies and businesses (the “Businesses”) with the marketing professionals (the “Marketers”) for the purchase of Marketers’ Services (as defined below), making marketing simpler and more transparent with clear cost-saving implications, and which matches between Businesses and Marketers, including by providing personally tailored matching suggestions to both Marketers and Businesses (the “Services”). 

The business and marketer service agreement is summarized as follows: 
To sign up as a "Business" or "Marketer" of Sellerops.com and to use the "Services" and "Solution" you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. 

The Marketers places your photo/content/ banners on their own website, e-commerce platforms, social media channels or within the content of their newsletter. You may not dictate where the Marketer place their content. If you are unhappy with a Marketer or feel that they are not suited for your business, you may stop and cancel the engagement with them with a written notice 72 hours in advance. You represent to Sellerops.com that all content You provide to the Service, to the best of your knowledge, but without special investigation of any kind, is solely owned by You or provided by You with the express authority of the company You represent, does not infringe upon any other individual's or organization's rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights) in the United States, and is not defamatory, libelous, unlawful or otherwise objectionable under the laws State of Israel. You shall not knowingly or intentionally provide, promote, distribute, place or otherwise publish as a Merchant of the Service any content, or Web site that includes content, which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, fraudulent or violates any law. As Sellerops.com may not review all information provided by You, You shall remain solely responsible for Your content and Website.We assume no responsibility and are not responsible for any damage caused by or in connection with the use of products or services acquired through this Site, whether or not, whether or not for damages caused by loss of business. The following types of sites are not allowed to participate in sellerops.com :
Adult sites, Sites that display adult banners, Sites that promote, Hacking sites, Violence or Hatred sites that promote illegal activity. As part of the registration process, you will select a username and password combination that You use to access Your account area within the Service. you shall provide Sellerops.com with accurate, complete and updated registration information. You may not select the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person or deceive members or other users as to Your true identity.
